Each thigh plate is made from 16(0.0598) and 11(0.1196) gauge steel
May be attached to pants using industrial strength velcro, magnets, or any other mounting hardware of your preference as long as it can be glued on to armor, and sewn onto pants
Very strong and sturdy
All armor will come unpainted. Mild steel will come with a light coating of oil to prevent rust. Oil can easily be removed with a dry cloth and rubbing alcohol. (will have tool marks and scratches)
Unlike plastic this will not crack or break under pressure or warp due to heat
